Jaipur , the "Pink City" of Rajasthan , India adorned with a festive look , to celebrate the splendour royal wedding of Veeransh and Aadhira . The regal ambiance of the palace , with its courtyard , garden , grand halls decorated with a fairytale - like setting to give the wedding a fairy look .
In a room of the other palace, where the wedding will be held the bride is giving a last check to her appearance .
" Am looking good na " Aadhira asked Ahana and Sanvi , who facepalmed themselves because it's been one hour and she is asking the same question .
" You are looking so beautiful that our jamai sa will not be able to diver his eyes from you " Meera ji , Aadhira's mother told her daughter ; she entered the room with her in laws , husband , son .
" our gudiya is looking so gorgeous " Aadhira's grandparents said caressing her head .
Aadhira's mother places kohl behind her ear , to protect her from evil eyes .
"From holding your hand as a companion in your first day of school to holding your hand to escort you in the mandap ; time really flew fast . " Nabarun ji , Aadhira's father said , while drops of tears rolled down from his eyes .
Everyone present has moisture eyes .
"Baba" Saying this Aadhira breaks down in her father's arm .
"Shh , my gudiya .. it's your big day; no tears now . " He said wiping her tears .
"Then you also don't cry " Aadhira said wiping her father's tears. .
"Finally the house will be all mine " Moksh said teasingly to light the situation .
" Baba " Aadhira whined . In reply her father glares at her son .
"Maa" Moksh said side hugging his mother , who also glared at her husband .
Everyone burst into laughter at their banter .
" You all go out except bouma, I need to talk to my granddaughter" Shweta ji , Aadhira's grandmother said .

"Beta , feeling nervous !" Meera ji stated feeling her daughter's nervousness .
" A lot " Aadhira said keeping her head in her mother's warm embrace .
"Just smile and enjoy the feeling , everything will be ok " Her mother said .
"Beta we know you will handle everything but still we are saying stay calm in every situation , don't take decisions in rage . Remember every relationship needs time . Maintain the balance between both .You know in marriage ' It doesn't matter if the guy is perfect or the girl is perfect, as long as they are perfect for each other' ." Shweta ji said caressing her granddaughter's hair .
Aadhira silently listened to her word .
"We are going now beta , barat will be here anytime . " Meera ji , informed , leaving her daughter for some alone time .
On the other hand
In Jaipur royal palace Veeransh was getting ready , where his brothers and Anil , Neil were teasing him to no end and he just gave them silent death glares .
They moved out of the room when Veeransh's grandparent entered .
" Wow our grandson is looking so handsome " Veeransh's grandparent said, entering the room .
His grandmother placed kohl behind his ear to protect him from evil eyes .
"So champ ready for agreeing to everything your wife says , even if it does not have any meaning " Abhiraj ji , Veeransh's grandfather joked placing his hand in Veeransh's soldier , and earning death glare from his wife .
" Ji Dada sa " Veeransh said giving a small smile to his grandparent .

Veeransh's father and uncle entered the room with the turban .
Yuvraj ji placed the turban in his head .
" Beta remember You are bringing the goddess laxmi of our house . She will be your first priority . Take your time but be patient with each other . And remember if she ever will face even the slightest disrespect by you this house's door will be close for you from that moment . If she forgives you then only you will be allowed to enter the house " Yuvraj ji sternly told him . His grandparent also nodded in agreement.
Veeransh was shocked at their firm tone of protectiveness for Aadhira .He nodded in approval at his elders words . But he also knew the person who is coming into his life will be respected by him in his all sense . He somehow also knew his butterfly will be the only person to hold every right on him and he will gladly give in front of her .
He took blessings from everyone and lastly standing in front of his mothers portrait , a drop of tear rolled down from his eyes , he hastily wiped it before anyone noticed . But his father noticed it and rubbed his soldier giving him silent support . He just gave a small smile to his father .
"Let's go , barat is ready " Raj ji announced .
On the other palace
" Your dulhe raja came with his barat to take you " Ahana said to Aadhira teasingly , entering the room .
Aadhira who knew that Barat had arrived by the sound of music , blushed at her statement .
"Hmm blushy blushy " Ahana said playfully .
"You get out of here " Aadhira said glaring at her best friend.
"Yeah yeah going " Ahana left the room giving her a last teasing look .
While Aadhira did not dare to go and see him , she thought to see him at the mandap only .
Veeransh descended down from his horse and stood in front of Aadhira's mother , who was standing with aarti thali .
She did some rituals ; then they went to the mandap .
" बहू को बुलाया जाए मूहरत का समय हो गया " Said the pandit ji (priest) .
(Call the bride the auspicious time started )
Veeransh's heart was thudding loudly at the mention of Aadhira , his butterfly.
He got up from his seat and looked at the stair from where the bride would come .
"Calm down bro " Anil said sensing his best friend's nervousness .
Veeransh just gave him a nod .
In the room
"Let's go gudiya " Aadhira's father said entering the room .
He gave his daughter an assuring glance who was nervous .
A loud gasp can be heard from the guest seeing the bride who was descending down the stairs holding her parents hand .
Moksh , Jai along with her cousin's brother held the phoolon ki chadar above her head .

She entered the mandap with her parents . Mesmerize will be a small word to describe her beauty . She held my gaze in such a way that I'll not be able to look at anything except her only .
Her aura radiates peace . The lehnga she is wearing made her the most beautiful one . Her eyes adorned with kajal looking at me , captivates me . Her natural glow enchanted me . Look at her she is my bride , my butterfly.
Looking at her a sense of protectiveness rises on me . I'll protect her with all my strength .
She came in front of me . Her father extended her hands to me . I held her hand .
"Beta takes care of my precious" Her parents told me with moisture eyes .
" Your precious daughter will be taken care of as a queen , Baba , Ma . I will not ever let you regret your decision. " I told them giving them an assuring look .
Their faces broke into a peaceful smile .
I saw my family giving me a proud look .
And my wife's eyes are teary . Before the tear drops I wipe it .
"Don't " I told her . Her face adorned with her beautiful smile .
Then we proceed for the rituals .

When I entered the hall ,I noticed his captivating gaze . He is looking straight in my eyes . The days I got to know him , I noticed his eyes spoke more than his words . And the way he is admiring me I can't hold his gaze . Then I noticed his appearance. His sharp jawline , clean shaven face , the most beautiful hazel eyes are giving me goosebumps .His sherwani which he didn't let me see on that day is surely giving him a royal look . Look at him he is going to be my husband .
The way he promised and addressed my parents made me teary . He didn't let the tear drop from my eyes to the ground . This man stole my heart with just his presence. He held my hand in his firm yet soft grip .
Then we proceed for the rituals .

Veeransh kneeled in front of her to wear the varmala , earning a loud gasp from the people present there .
Aadhira made him wear the varmala with a wide smile , and teary eyes being overwhelmed by his gesture . She gave a soft kiss on his forehead and made him stand .

Aadhira also kneeled in front of him to wear the varmala . Veeransh's gaze tells her not to kneel but she as if telling him everything should be equal between us . Veeransh made her wear the garland with a loving smile on his face . He kissed her forehead after making her stand .

Then pandit ji began the other ritual for the wedding . Veeransh and Aadhira with utter respect , adoration for each other did every ritual .
Kanyadan
Aadhira's parents came forward for the ritual .
Her father wishes :
"God , almighty bless my child . I am giving my most precious daughter's hand to this honourable young man . May their relationship be filled with love and happiness . God makes each other's strength. I, with all my heart giving the responsibility of my daughter,my pride to Veeransh Raghuvanshi "
Her mother wishes :
"God protects Aditya and Aadhira from evil eyes . May their relationship flourish like flowers . Make them both the pillar of strength for each other . Give my daughter strength to overcome every situation .May they both be surrounded with the love of family and friends."
They placed Veeransh's hand in Aadhira's and completed the ritual . Tears welled in Aadhira's eyes , being grateful for her family . Veeransh wiped her tears . Aadhira's parents looked at them with a peaceful smile , trusting him that he would take care of their daughter like they took care of .
Saatphere
Sanvi , Aadhira's sister in law came to the mandap and tied the gathbandhan . Her gaze filled with adoration for the couple . She blessed the couple with her almighty heart for their upcoming chapters of life .
Veeransh with a loving gaze extended his hand for Adhira to hold . Aadhira with a small smile , placed her hand in his .

WITH THE PROMISE TO CARE FOR OUR HEALTHY LONG LIVED CHILDREN, I TAKE THIS FIFTH STEP WITH YOU.
।। ॐ ऋतुभ्यः षटपदी भव ।।
WITH THE VOW TO BE TOGETHER FOREVER IN ALL RESPONSIBILITIES, I TAKE THIS SIXTH STEP WITH YOU.
॥ ॐ सखे सप्तपदी भव ।।
WITH THE PROMISE OF EVERLASTING FRIENDSHIP AND TRUE COMPANIONSHIP, I TAKE THIS SEVENTH STEP WITH YOU.
They took the seven pheras with each other .
Then Aadhira's grandmother came with the sindur (vermilion) and mangalsutra ( sacred thread ) .
"May I " Veeransh asked Aadhira with a small smile on his face .
" with all my heart I am giving you the permission " Aadhira said , a pleasant smile dancing on her lips .
Veeransh placed the sindur(vermillion )on her hairline , some sindur (vermillion )fell on her nose giving a sign of her husband's eternal love for her .
Then Veeransh tied the mangalsutra on her neck completing the ritual of marriage.
"Now you are tied with me for seven births " Veeransh whispered to Aadhira .
" I'm glad to be tied with you " Aadhira whispered with a shy smile .
Hearing her response Veeransh placed a kiss on her forehead. They both were looking at each other with the purest adoration of love , honour for each other .
The citizens , royal members present there witnessed the eternal bond of Mr . Veeransh Aadhira Raghuvanshi and Mrs. Aadhira Veeransh Raghuvanshi.
Now they are tied together to the sacred bond of marriage where they will nourish each other , will grow together in strength, will share their joys and sorrows and will be together forever .
